Orexin receptor antagonist DAYVIGO TM has been [approved](https://www.eisai.com/news/2019/news201993.html) for the treatment of insomnia characterized by difficulties with sleep onset and/or sleep maintenance in adults. The medication was tested in 2,000 patients before being approved by the FDA.
