Aqemia, a deep-tech startup that uses artificial intelligence and quantum-inspired physics in its drug discovery, has [entered](https://www.outsourcing-pharma.com/Article/2020/12/21/Sanofi-joins-Aqemia-to-develop-COVID-19-treatments) and agreement with Sanofi to contribute to the discovery of treatments for COVID-19. The research will rely mainly on the performance of Aqemia's quantum-inspired algorithms to identify active molecules on a key protein of COVID-19.
