KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Financial Analyst role at Yourway is a dynamic and strategic position focused on streamlining daily accounting operations through automation, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing predictive models, optimizing vendor contracts, monitoring real-time financial data, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. It also plays a key part in continuous process improvement, benchmarking, and forecasting to support Yourway’s growth in the transport and biopharma sectors.

Your core responsibilities as a Financial Analyst will include the following.

  • Create automation tools to streamline daily accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoicing
  • Analyze historical and current accounting and financial data
  • Evaluate capital expenditures, operational costs, and depreciation
  • Develop predictive financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze and structure vendor contracts to optimize value
  • Design and implement a vendor management tool for cost control through historical and predictive data analysis
  • Build daily reconciliation tools to monitor costs related to transport and biopharma jobs
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase profit margins
  • Establish financial and accounting benchmarks and track performance
  • Monitor real-time financial data and alert stakeholders of variances or anomalies
  • Conduct industry-specific research to support trend forecasting and business planning
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
  • Develop forecasting and automation tools for financial and accounting data
  • Provide support with bookkeeping tasks when necessary
  • Participate in and support ongoing process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 24 Months of Experience in Financial Analyst or similar
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools 

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $62,380.00 - $82,400.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
