China Approves Clinical Trials of German COVID-19 Vaccine

China regulators have approved the clinical trial findings of a German COVID-19 vaccine. Preliminary clinical trial data has found the vaccine produced by BioNTech to by 90% effective. The vaccine will be produced by Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd in China and by Pfizer Inc. globally.
