Few Patients Pursue Cancer Clinical Trials

A new study conducted at Penn State College of Medicine has revealed some suprising findings about participation in clinical trials. The researchers found that less than 5% of eligible patients participate in these trials, with results varying based on demographics, the nature of the cancer, and health insurance coverage.
