Indian Health Ministry to Skip Clinical Trials for Medical Devices Approved and Marketed in Europe

In an effort to speed up access to medical devices in India, the Union health ministry has agreed to do away with the requirements for clinical trials for medical devices entering the Indian market that were previously approved and marketed in Europe for at least two years. Yourway has a history of supporting Indian clinical trials via our Mumbai depot.
