A leaked document from the U.K. government’s cross-government civil contingency planning operations suggests a no-deal Brexit will leave the nation “particularly vulnerable to severe extended delays” in the supply of medicines at the Channel crossing, a far bleaker assessment than the government has offered in public statements.
