Brazilian President Suspends COVID-19 Vaccine Trial

President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, has suspended trials of a COVID-19 vaccine trial in Brazil. The vaccine is made by Chinese company Sinovac Biotech. The trial is currently in the final stages, globally. The trial suspension was due to an undisclosed serious adverse event.
