FDA and FTC Encourage Biosimilar Competition

The FDA and FTC signed a joint agreement supporting biosimilar market competition and describing steps both agencies will take to deter anticompetitive behavior. “Competition is key for helping American patients have access to affordable medicines,”said FDA Commissioner Stephen M. Hahn, M.D. Yourway is committed to moving and storing samples affordably on a global scale to increase patient access.
